This machine uses the same main power as the pattern printing machine in the production of the whole line, so it can be kept in complete synchronization with the printing machine. The spindle rotation motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and it will automatically give way without any tube to avoid printing on the mandrel. The printing rubber roller of polyurethane material is convenient to use, saves the cost, improves the printing quality, and is durable. The machine's eight-axis disc, cam and other main parts are processed by numerical control equipment, which ensures the accuracy of mandrel operation and rotation accuracy, and improves the printing effect.
