YR03 series Annealing oven has electric heating type and gas heating type.
After the aluminum wafer is cold-extruded into an aluminum tube, stress is generated due to the change of the metal molecular structure. In order to eliminate this stress and make the tube body reach the required hardness, the embryo tube must be subjected to stress relief annealing treatment.
YR03 series Annealing oven has electric heating type and gas heating type.The temperature control in the annealing oven adopts a temperature regulating circuit and is controlled by a solid state relay. The electric heating elements in the furnace adopt stainless steel thermal resistance; the gas-fired annealing oven adopts imported burners.
